Shipping Locations:
Pigeon India ships its products to nearly all parts of India. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours.
Shipping Charges:
A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 50 applies to all orders below Rs. 699 (excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes, or value reduced after the application of coupons or any other offer) at all locations. Additional charges may apply at certain locations.
Free shipping is available for orders equal to or above Rs. 699 (excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes, or value reduced after the application of coupons or any other offer) at certain locations only. For other locations, additional shipping charges will be applicable. In locations with additional charges, the Rs. 50 shipping charge will be added to all orders below Rs. 699 (with exclusions as mentioned above).
The shipping charge per quantity of the product can be checked by entering your PIN code details on the product pages. The total shipping charge applicable to the order will be the sum of the charges for all chargeable product(s) in your order (+ Rs. 50 for orders below Rs. 699). The order-level charge will be visible in the cart and during checkout.
These shipping charges are non-refundable in the case of product or order return/cancellation.
Shipping Charge Modifications:
Pigeon India reserves the right to modify shipping charges without prior intimation. The new charges will be reflected on the product page and during checkout.
Special Offers:
Periodically, Pigeon India offers various promotions, including free shipping for a limited time, subject to the terms and conditions of the offer.
Convenience Charges:
Pigeon India may levy convenience charges on specific orders based on products, PIN codes, or shipment size. These charges are non-refundable in case of product or order return/cancellation.
Estimated Delivery Time:
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 7 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).
However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach. For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.

Address Change:
Delivery address changes are permitted only for orders in Confirmed or Pending status and if none of the items purchased have been shipped. Any variations in charges/taxes between the original and updated delivery addresses may affect the acceptance of the address change request.
Hidden Charges:
All prices are inclusive, and there are no additional charges such as sales tax or octroi.
International Locations:
Pigeon India does not currently deliver to locations outside India.
Tracking Packages:
Customers will receive an email with the courier company name and tracking number once the order is shipped. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear online.
Non-availability on Delivery:
Delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver the package. Providing a mobile number in the delivery address helps expedite delivery.
